Shop Rules and Cancellation Policy

Barbershop Appointment Rules:

  • Any appointment that is moved or cancelled within 3 hours of your appointment time will result in a 100% charge of your service. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • All No Shows will result in a 100% charge of your service. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • There are times when appointments may be pushed back up to 15 minutes due to circumstances out of our control.

  • Any clients exhibiting rude, inappropriate or violent behavior will be removed from the shop and charged 100% of their service.

  • We strictly enforce a 2 drink maximum policy for all clients. No one under the age of 21 is allowed alcoholic beverages of any kind.

Need to Change or Reschedule your Appointment?

You can make changes or reschedule any time before the THREE (3) - hour deadline using the link in your confirmation email and/or text message that was sent to you.

You can also manage your upcoming appointments by clicking on the “Book an Appointment” button on this page and logging in to your account.

You can always call the shop at (303) 593-0640 or email info@franksdenver.com to cancel or change your appointment, but we do get busy and sometimes can’t get to the phone which is why we recommend you use the link directly or clicking on the “Book an Appointment” button above.
