WE HAVE A STRICT THREE - HOUR CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY.
You can make changes or reschedule anytime before the THREE hour deadline using the link in the confirmation email and/or text message that was sent to you. You can also manage your upcoming appointments by clicking on the “Book an Appointment” button on the Home Page and logging in to your account.
You can always call the shop at (303) 593-0640 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or change your appointment, but we do get busy and sometimes can’t get to the phone which is why we recommend you use the link directly or the “Book an Appointment” button on the home page.
A no show, last minute cancellation or rescheduling means your barber or stylist will lose their earnings for that time slot.
Any cancellations or rescheduling within THREE hours of your scheduled appointment time or not showing up for your appointment time will be charged 50% of the service and/or services you scheduled. No Exceptions.
There are times when appointments may be pushed back up to 15 minutes due to circumstances out of our control.
