Your appointments are very important to all of us at Frank’s. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. In the unfortunate event you are late by 10 minutes or more we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day. We will do our best to accommodate you if we have availability, although tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment.

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. ALL no shows or cancellations within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of your service.
